About the role

What you’ll do
Drive hardware co-design and design for manufacturability for AI data center platforms
Lead supplier technical integration and prototyping activities
Support production ramp and manufacturing readiness
Perform cost modeling and risk mitigation across hardware systems
Translate high-level AI system requirements into supplier specifications
Conduct DFM reviews with Tier-1 EMS and custom vendors
What you’ll need
Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Manufacturing Engineering
4–8+ years in NPI engineering, hardware design, supplier technical development, or DFM
Hands-on experience with liquid cooling technologies or high-power/high-speed server architecture
Advanced knowledge of GD&T and CAD software
DFM review experience with EMS, PCB fabricators, and mechanical/thermal vendors
Familiarity with Telcordia, OCP, and NEBS compliance
