About the role
NetApp seeks an IT Business Systems Analyst to lead Order-to-Cash solution delivery, from roadmap through deployment and continuous improvement. The role requires deep ERP Cloud expertise and strong stakeholder leadership across order management, fulfillment, trade compliance, logistics, and supply chain.
What you’ll do
Drive applications roadmap, functional design, and solution delivery for Order-to-Cash and related business processes
Lead requirements, design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities
Support order management, fulfillment, trade compliance, logistics, and supply chain processes
Drive cross-functional initiatives with business partners and stakeholders
What you’ll need
12-14 years of information technology experience with significant Order-to-Cash, Order Fulfillment, and ERP Cloud experience
Strong expertise in Order Management, Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Global Trade Compliance business processes
Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Fusion Order Management, or similar ERP Cloud platforms
Experience creating BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and test documentation
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, plus understanding of API and enterprise system integrations
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
