About the role
Henry Ford Health is seeking a Director to lead revenue cycle automation and surveillance, building and scaling AI and automation capabilities to optimize workflows, reduce denials, and improve financial and operational outcomes.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science, or related field
Seven (7) years of relevant experience in revenue cycle, process improvement, analytics, technology deployment, strategy development, and project management
Demonstrated success leading large innovation initiatives
Minimum of five (5) years managing professionals
Demonstrated understanding of artificial intelligence, automation, data applications and technologies
Knowledge of best practices related to revenue cycle operations
