About the role

What you’ll do
Lead customer-centered product design for the AI-powered GRC platform
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and facilitate customer interviews
Build code-based prototypes with AI coding tools and ship design work
Maintain and evolve the design system and design tokens
Design trusted AI and agent-based experiences with accessibility in mind
Measure product outcomes and iterate based on usage and feedback
What you’ll need
5+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years in B2B SaaS
Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools and front-end literacy in HTML, CSS, React, and Git
Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills using AI tools in real research work
Design systems experience including design tokens
Portfolio with interactive or shipped work showing reasoning
Experience in GRC, security, or another regulated domain
