About the role
Health Data Innovations is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer to build and operate AI tools, integrations, workflows, and agents, while supporting the cloud, identity, server, and GPU infrastructure in a security-first, HITRUST-governed environment.
What you’ll do
Build and operate AI tools, integrations, workflows, and agents
Support cloud, identity, server, and GPU infrastructure behind AI services
Ensure security and compliance with HITRUST
What you’ll need
3+ years in IT infrastructure, systems administration, DevOps, or software development
Hands-on experience building with LLMs or AI agents (tool use, MCP, multi-step workflows)
Experience with LLM APIs or cloud AI platforms (Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI)
Solid Linux skills (RHEL or Ubuntu), plus working knowledge of Windows Server and Docker
Networking and security fundamentals: firewalls, segmentation, least privilege
Scripting and automation skills (Python preferred; PowerShell or Bash a plus)
