The HRIS & Business Intelligence Analyst I will support the Human Resources Division by administering HR technology systems, managing and analyzing workforce data, developing reports, supporting system users, and contributing to HR technology initiatives.

What you’ll need

Strong Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of workforce reporting concepts
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
Introductory knowledge of SQL; exposure to UKG, IBM Cognos, or other business intelligence tools
