About the role
This onsite contract role in Rhode Island seeks a Salesforce Principal Architect to define and govern a financial services client's enterprise CRM architecture, translating business needs into secure, scalable Salesforce designs while evaluating AI opportunities.
What you’ll do
Translate business needs into secure, scalable Salesforce designs
Shape enterprise CRM architecture for the client
Guide architecture governance and engineering delivery
Evaluate AI and automation opportunities
Protect sensitive financial information in solution designs
Produce design artifacts and packages for engineering handoff
What you’ll need
8+ years of progressive experience in technology architecture, solution design, or enterprise applications
Substantial experience designing Salesforce solutions and leading complex CRM initiatives
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, security, automation, integration patterns, and limits
Experience with financial services, sensitive financial data, and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
Familiarity with Agentforce, generative AI, MuleSoft/API management, and governed AI integrations
Relevant Salesforce architect certifications or equivalent demonstrated expertise
