About the role
Architect and operate production-grade AI agentic systems for autonomous trucking, covering backend services, full-stack apps, databases, and LLM workflows.
What you’ll do
Architect and own end-to-end implementation of production agentic products
Design boundaries between deterministic software, workflow engines, and probabilistic agent reasoning
Build and review backend services, APIs, full-stack applications, and operator tools
Design agent orchestration, workflow state, memory, retrieval, and failure recovery
Design production data architecture, including schemas, state persistence, caching, and event systems
Integrate AI systems with enterprise tools and data platforms
What you’ll need
6+ years professional software engineering experience
Hands-on experience building and shipping production AI agentic applications
Strong backend and full-stack engineering capability across services, APIs, databases
Strong programming in Python and one modern language (TypeScript/JavaScript or Go)
Deep understanding of LLM/agent systems and experience with MCP, LangGraph, Temporal
Experience with RAG, eval-driven development, and leading technical initiatives
