About the role
This role leads strategic intelligence work that turns research and cultural data into actionable insights for clients, while building AI-enabled research capabilities and presenting findings as compelling narratives.
What you’ll do
Lead and support strategic research for clients and agency initiatives
Design, execute, and analyze primary research using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
Develop AI-enabled research capabilities and workflows
Translate findings into strategic narratives and actionable recommendations
Synthesize information from multiple sources into compelling presentations
Manage projects and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
What you’ll need
5–7 years in strategic intelligence, consumer insights, market research, analytics, strategy, or related field
Experience designing, executing, and analyzing primary research
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Familiarity with secondary research tools such as MRI or GWI
Experience with social listening, competitive intelligence, and consumer trend analysis
Demonstrated experience and interest in generative AI and emerging technologies
