About the role
Swayable is hiring an AI Product Manager to own product features and AI agent development end to end, from user research and prototyping through launch and adoption. The role blends analytical and design thinking with AI systems expertise to drive product and business outcomes.
What you’ll do
Own product bets and core product features from user research through launch and adoption
Lead development and evaluation of AI agents and the AI software development lifecycle with engineering
Recruit users and run research to identify and validate problems worth solving
Design product, operational workflows, and sales/marketing enablement as one integrated system
Own product line end to end, including GTM outcomes and accountability for results
What you’ll need
3+ years of relevant professional experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field
Clear, effective written and verbal communication
Track record of building trusted relationships with clients or users and turning context into adopted products
Evidence of rapid, empirical iteration with prototypes put in front of users, measured, and improved or killed
Blend of analytical and design thinking, plus systems thinking
Demonstrated experience building LLM-based agentic systems and evaluation frameworks
