What you’ll do
Administer and optimize ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) solutions
Develop and analyze reports, dashboards, KPIs, and metrics for software governance
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and license compliance checks
Support software optimization initiatives throughout the asset lifecycle
What you’ll need
Strong experience with ServiceNow, including Software Asset Management and related platform capabilities
Comprehensive knowledge of Software Asset Management lifecycle processes
Proficiency with enterprise endpoint and discovery tools such as Microsoft SCCM, JAMF, and Discovery platforms
Strong analytical skills with experience in data validation, reconciliation, and license compliance
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
