About the role

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, accounting, economics, or related field
1-4 years in real estate acquisitions, investment banking, valuation, lending, or similar analytical role
Advanced Excel skills (build models from a blank sheet)
Strong grasp of commercial real estate finance (NOI, cap rates, debt service, IRR, waterfall basics)
Hands-on use of AI tools with judgment to check output
Direct underwriting experience with manufactured housing, multifamily, RV, self-storage, or multi-tenant industrial
