TigerConnect seeks an Enterprise Business Development Representative to prospect and qualify leads for its healthcare communication platform, making 75+ cold calls daily and booking meetings for Account Executives. The role is remote, full-time, and suited for a junior sales professional with SaaS BDR experience.

What you’ll do

Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for assigned Account Executive
Make 75+ cold calls per day to prospective enterprise healthcare customers
Independently manage and maintain assigned book of business
Research and identify key healthcare decision-makers within target accounts
Communicate TigerConnect's value proposition clearly and effectively
Maintain CRM accuracy in Salesforce and use outreach tools to prospect efficiently

What you’ll need

2+ years of professional work experience, including 1+ year of SaaS BDR/SDR experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, and ZoomInfo or similar tools
Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling (75+ calls per day)
