About the role
Esri seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support data integrations by leading requirements discovery, translating business needs into technical specifications, and validating data flows with engineering teams. What you’ll do
Support data integrations through business process discovery and requirements engineering
Analyze and validate data to ensure integration quality
Work with subject matter experts and engineering teams to document data-flow needs
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and data mappings
Develop acceptance criteria, test plans, and development-ready backlog items
Support data validation, reconciliation, defect triage, UAT, and production readiness
What you’ll need
5+ years of direct business analysis experience supporting data integration teams
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, data analytics, or related field
Intermediate to advanced SQL querying and analysis using SQL Server tools and Excel
Experience with API testing tools and relational databases
Strong facilitation, organization, prioritization, and follow-through skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders
