Clyde Companies seeks an EBS Business Analyst to support enterprise technology and business processes for fuel, equipment, maintenance/MRO, and acquisitions. The role translates operational needs into requirements, process designs, configurations, and training to improve systems and scale across operating companies.
What you’ll do
Connect operational teams, finance, technology, and vendors
Translate business needs into requirements, process designs, configurations, controls, and test scenarios
Manage multiple priorities and break initiatives into milestones
Document decisions and identify risks early
Deliver practical training and reinforce adoption after implementation
Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective action
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, or related field
Two to four years of experience in business analysis, systems administration, implementations, operations, equipment, fleet, maintenance/MRO, construction, manufacturing, transportation, or asset-intensive environment
Strong Excel and data-analysis skills
Ability to learn ERP, EAM/CMMS, fleet, MRO, fuel, telematics, reporting, and integration technologies
Clear communication with field employees, business leaders, finance, technical teams, vendors, and third parties
Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
