About the role
ADP is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy generative AI solutions and ML models for business problems, including developing analytical insights for payroll practitioners and building the ADP Assist agentic platform.
What you’ll do
Build and deploy generative AI solutions and machine learning models
Develop analytical insights for payroll practitioners and supervisors
Build ADP Assist, its agentic platform, and related AI/ML components
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
Two years of related experience
Experience with Python, SDLC, version control, and problem solving
Experience with text and data mining, optimization, and regression/GLM
Experience with decision trees, random forests, deep learning, and scikit-learn
Experience with probabilistic inference, recommendation systems, NLP, knowledge graphs, ontologies, graph databases, and AWS
