What you’ll do
Develop user-centered, brand-aligned designs for Hand Tools
Conduct user research and concept development
Refine designs and prepare manufacturing documentation
Support products through to production with cross-functional teams
Iterate and validate through hands-on prototyping and testing
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience
Portfolio demonstrating strong creativity, form development, and problem-solving
Understanding of ergonomics, usability, and manufacturing
Experience with hands-on prototyping and testing
Experience designing within an established visual brand language, including Milwaukee's VBL
