About the role

What you’ll do
Own accounts receivable and cash collections for SaaS business
Manage collections lifecycle and cash application
Assess credit risk and manage disputes
Generate reporting and perform aging analysis
Identify process gaps and implement improvements/automation
Partner with Finance, Sales, Legal, DealOps, and Billing
What you’ll need
5-7 years of collections, AR, or revenue accounting experience in high-growth SaaS
Experience owning collections strategy for enterprise B2B accounts
Strong NetSuite and Salesforce-to-NetSuite data flow experience
Advanced Excel/Sheets skills including XLOOKUP and pivot tables
Demonstrated process improvement and automation experience
Strong cross-functional communication skills
