About the role
ServiceNow QA/ATF Developer responsible for building and maintaining automated functional and regression tests for ServiceNow platforms (ITSM, CMDB/CSDM), integrating test automation into SDLC and release management, and partnering with various teams to support reliable deployments and auditability.

What you’ll need
3-7+ years of ServiceNow experience with 1-2 yrs hands-on focus on ATF and platform testing/QA automation
Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Enablement, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management)
Experience with SDLC and release management in controlled environments (preferably banking/financial services)
Working knowledge of ServiceNow configuration/development concepts (Forms, flows/workflows, ACLs, business rules, client scripts)
Strong analytical troubleshooting skills and ability to triage failures across complex workflows
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
