About the role
Deltek is hiring a UX Research Intern to support continuous research on high-priority business projects, including recruiting and facilitating studies, synthesizing findings, and maintaining the research repository. What you’ll need
Currently pursuing a degree in HCI, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Information Science, or related field
Coursework or project experience in at least two UX research methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiry)
Ability to analyze qualitative or quantitative data and communicate findings clearly
Strong writing, documentation, and organizational skills
Exposure to enterprise or B2B software and familiarity with Figma/FigJam, Miro, or survey platforms
Interest in AI-augmented research workflows and experience with journey mapping, workflow analysis, or information architecture; portfolio or sample work demonstrating research thinking
