What you’ll do
Design and verify analog/mixed-signal circuits for NAND flash
Evaluate silicon performance
Collaborate with layout, characterization, and other design groups
Troubleshoot and analyze complex problems
Support implementation and silicon issue resolution
What you’ll need
MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years relevant experience (PhD+8, BS+12)
Knowledge of non-volatile memory design, especially NAND flash cell operation
Experience with VLSI Design, analog IC design, digital design & RTL, nanoscale fabrication and characterization
Strong device background and process technology evaluation preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
