Identify program risks and drive mitigation strategies to closure
Manage budgets, schedules, and priorities across multiple programs
Communicate program status and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
3-10 years of experience in engineering-focused product development organizations
Proven experience leading multiple cross-functional engineering programs
Strong project planning, scheduling, budget management, and organizational skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and programs in a fast-paced environment
