About the role

What you’ll do
Analyze behavioral and product usage data
Partner with UX research, product, design, engineering, and customer-facing teams
Inform product strategy and roadmap decisions
Improve user experience, adoption, retention, and business impact
Define and measure KPIs like activation, engagement, and churn
Guide teams on how to act on data findings
What you’ll need
4–6+ years in product analytics or similar role in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets in a data warehouse
Experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo and Google Analytics
Experience with BI tools such as Sigma
Ability to analyze and synthesize data and guide product managers, designers, and engineers
Experience with statistical tools and methods such as R, Python, cluster analysis, and multivariate regressions
