About the role
3Si is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and commercial success of its hardware and software product portfolio while leading a team of Product Specialists and collaborating across engineering, operations, sales, and other functions.
What you’ll do
Own strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and commercial success of software and hardware product portfolio
Lead and develop a team of Product Specialists
Collaborate with engineering, operations, sales, and other functions
Manage products from concept through end of life
Make data-informed prioritization decisions across a multi-product portfolio
Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, business cases, and customer-facing messaging
What you’ll need
6+ years of experience in product management or a related product-focused role
3+ years directly managing product management or product specialist staff
Experience owning both hardware and software products, ideally connected devices with cloud/SaaS platforms
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong presentation, communication, and executive-level influencing skills
Familiarity with IoT, GPS/cellular tracking, and security or loss-prevention industry trends is a plus
