What you’ll do
Advise clients and shape Salesforce strategies and roadmaps
Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions
Design and optimize business processes across disparate systems
Contribute to design and mentor team members
Work alongside designers using sitemaps, mockups, and prototypes
Support design and development of custom web components
What you’ll need
Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience
3+ years of CRM industry experience, Salesforce preferred
Expertise providing solution architecture on Salesforce Experience Cloud
Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Familiarity with charting tools such as Lucidchart
Strong written and oral communication skills
