About the role
Silverback Strategies is hiring an Associate Director, Client Services to strategically lead a portfolio of client relationships, driving retention, revenue growth, and business outcomes. What you’ll do
Serve as strategic lead and trusted advisor for client accounts
Own client health, retention, and revenue growth
Translate marketing performance into business outcomes
Partner with delivery teams to maintain successful, healthy accounts
Connect dots across data sources and conversations to find root causes
Explain complex performance stories to executives in plain English
What you’ll need
7+ years of client services, account management, or client strategy experience
At least 4 years at a digital or performance marketing agency
Previous agency experience is required
Comfortable with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM metrics
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to make sound calls with incomplete information and stay steady under pressure
