About the role
Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure is seeking a Lead Principal Product Manager to own the strategy and delivery of analytics capabilities that help healthcare users gain insights and make informed decisions. The role guides cross-functional teams from discovery through adoption, requiring deep experience in enterprise SaaS, data products, and regulated industries.
What you’ll do
Define and own product strategy for healthcare analytics capabilities
Guide cross-functional teams from discovery through delivery, launch, and adoption
Translate customer operational, clinical, technical, and business needs into product outcomes
Partner with engineering, data science, UX, sales, and customer success teams
Use qualitative and quantitative inputs to make decisions, measure impact, and reassess priorities
Simplify complexity and influence senior stakeholders
What you’ll need
10+ years of product management experience leading successful software initiatives
Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, healthcare technology, data products, clinical workflows, or regulated industries
Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics, BI, reporting, or data platforms
Understanding of data concepts including metrics, dimensions, segmentation, dashboards, and data quality
Working knowledge of software development lifecycle, agile delivery practices, and tools such as Jira and Confluence
Experience building or modernizing healthcare, clinical, EHR, life sciences, revenue cycle, population health, interoperability, data, AI, or analytics products
