About the role
EY-Parthenon is hiring a Manager for its Deal Technology practice to support clients through the transaction lifecycle, focusing on carve-outs, due diligence, integration, and technology-related operational value, implementation, and risk.
What you’ll do
Support clients through the transaction life cycle including carve-outs, due diligence, and integration
Focus on technology-related operational value, implementation, and risk
Manage engagements and engagement-related budgets
Lead teams, including projects and engagement leadership
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics or related field plus 5 years progressive experience; or Master's degree plus 3 years
3 years making detailed assessments of technology, finance, operations, or supply chain infrastructure, including 2 years in integration or separation of client operations
2 years in a consulting environment
2 years in business integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs including quantitative and qualitative analysis
2 years in at least two IT domains such as IT risk assessment, IT strategy, IT applications, operating systems, databases, Oracle/SAP/UNIX/Windows/Mainframe, SDLC, data analytics, RPA, or IT cost modeling
1 year of IT pre-deal and post-deal due diligence and 1 year managing engagements and leading teams
