About the role
Guidewire seeks a Senior Product Manager to own PolicyCenter end-to-end, leading discovery, delivery, and adoption of policy administration products. The role requires P&C insurance expertise, technical fluency, and collaboration with engineering and customers.
What you’ll do
Own a defined area of PolicyCenter end-to-end
Lead discovery, prioritization, and specification
Drive launch, adoption, and outcome measurement
Engage customers and cross-functional teams
Deliver policy administration products as a cloud service
Collaborate with senior engineers and leadership
What you’ll need
5–8 years of product management experience on enterprise B2B SaaS products
Direct experience with P&C insurance, ideally policy administration, underwriting, rating, forms, endorsements, renewals, or quoting
Track record shipping meaningful features end-to-end from discovery through adoption
Technical fluency with API contracts, data models, and rating logic
Strong written and verbal communication across customer, product, and engineering audiences
Familiarity with Guidewire InsuranceSuite, Duck Creek, Majesco, or comparable core insurance platforms
