About the role

What you’ll do

• Build and lead the product operations function for responsible AI adoption, measurement, governance, and commercialization
• Establish governance, decision rights, and accountability mechanisms
• Develop KPI and measurement frameworks connecting product data to business outcomes
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and executive leadership
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Marketing on pricing, packaging, launch, and go-to-market performance
• Build, hire, and coach the team

What you’ll need

• 8+ years in product operations, business operations, strategy, technical program management, or product management in SaaS/technology, with 3+ years at senior or director level
• Proven track record building KPI and measurement frameworks linking product data to adoption, retention, and revenue
• Experience working with Finance, Sales, and Marketing on pricing, packaging, launch, or go-to-market performance
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority, including governance and accountability mechanisms
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, with hands-on fluency in Jira, product analytics, BI, and data integration
• Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is advertised; no visa sponsorship available
