About the role
Jupiter Power seeks a Director to lead structuring and execution of project financing and capital markets activities for its battery energy storage portfolio, partnering with finance leadership and managing transactions from inception to close.
What you’ll do
Lead structuring and execution of project financing transactions
Manage day-to-day transaction execution
Coordinate across internal teams and external financing stakeholders
Partner with Finance leadership
Drive capital markets activities for the battery energy storage portfolio
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
7+ years in project finance, infrastructure investing, investment banking, private equity, or advisory
Experience structuring complex financing transactions including debt, tax equity, and capital markets
Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise
Proven track record of executing transactions from structuring through closing
Direct experience in energy storage or renewables
