About the role
Parameter is hiring a GTM Engineer to work directly with the founders to build pipeline, manage go-to-market campaigns and workflows, and support early sales and deal closure for its autonomous AI penetration testing platform.

What you’ll need
2+ years in startup growth, sales, or marketing, or experience founding/growing your own company; track record of pipeline, revenue, or customers
Experience running paid ads and measuring their return
Comfortable with scripting, automation, or building small tools, including AI coding tools
Clear, concise writing and comfort talking with technical buyers
Experience selling to security or developer teams; engineering or technical background
