About the role

What you’ll do

• Set technical direction for Platform DevOps and customer delivery
• Lead internal build and release systems, platform operations, and customer deployments
• Improve delivery speed, reliability, and security across mission environments
• Guide engineers across teams and translate customer and engineering needs into delivery priorities
• Take hands-on responsibility for deploying software into customer environments
• Lead diagnosis and architectural decisions across cluster networking, storage, RBAC, operators, upgrades, availability, and resource constraints

What you’ll need

• Active US DoD or Intelligence TS/SCI clearance
• BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; CompTIA Security+ Certification
• 6+ years in DevOps, DevSecOps, or software engineering with technical leadership
• 4+ years deploying software or managing deployments in US Government classified networks
• Strong working knowledge of cloud infrastructure/IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes, Linux, and Helm
• Experience with GitOps, CI/CD, secure container builds, supply-chain security, observability, identity federation, and stateful services; eligible to work in US without sponsorship
