Lead customer implementations of Unanet AIM
Handle discovery, solution configuration, data migration, integrations, and customer training
Coordinate across internal teams to support successful adoption and operational outcomes
Support multiple customers and implementations in parallel
What you’ll need
3+ years of ERP, asset management, manufacturing operations, accounting, or systems implementation experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
Experience with accounting systems, inventory or manufacturing processes, project management, data migration, systems integration, and practical accounting or operations experience
Proficient at working with and manipulating large data sets using Excel
Prior business consulting, systems implementation, or customer-facing software delivery experience
Ability to understand and explain complex operational workflows including inventory, manufacturing, purchasing, work orders, costing, and accounting processes
