About the role
This role coordinates customer programs for Microchip's Mil-Space organization, monitoring progress and risks while aligning customers and internal teams to meet contractual, quality, schedule, and documentation commitments. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of program management experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment and strong communication and organizational skills.
What you’ll do
Coordinate customer programs from order inception to final shipment
Monitor program progress and identify risks
Align customers and internal teams on contractual, quality, schedule, and documentation requirements
Translate customer purchase orders and specifications into internal requirements
Manage multiple programs, priorities, and deadlines
Build and maintain effective customer relationships
What you’ll need
US citizenship, permanent residency, or protected individual status
3-5 years in program management, project management, or related manufacturing role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to coordinate across functions and manage multiple priorities
