What you’ll need
12+ years of software engineering experience, including 6+ years leading engineering teams
Experience delivering build systems, CI/CD platforms, and developer experience
Deep understanding of build systems, C++, CUDA, CMake, Bazel
Experience with production CI/CD platforms like GitLab or GitHub, including GPU/ASIC testing
Experience managing large-scale monorepos and complex interdependencies
Excellent communication skills and ability to align engineers and executives
