About the role
The Minnesota Judicial Branch is hiring a Digital Signage Business Analyst to support a centralized courthouse digital signage project by evaluating current capabilities, defining requirements, managing the Agile backlog, and supporting development and testing with stakeholders and technical teams.
What you’ll do
Evaluate existing digital signage capabilities and processes
Define project requirements
Manage the Agile product backlog
Support development and testing with stakeholders and technical teams
What you’ll need
Minimum 4 years of business analysis experience for enterprise software development projects
Minimum 4 years of experience in an Agile software development environment, including Scrum
Experience translating requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile project management tools to manage product backlogs
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Experience facilitating requirements sessions, current state analysis, and system integration requirements
