About the role
Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Lead Analyst to strengthen enterprise business resiliency, risk management, and internal control programs. The role involves building continuity planning, aligning risk and control frameworks, and driving cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
What you’ll do
Strengthen continuity planning and enterprise resiliency programs
Synthesize risk, control, and audit information to advise leaders
Build alignment across risk, audit, finance, technology, compliance, legal, and operations
Drive cross-functional initiatives from design through adoption
Apply continuity, crisis management, and disaster recovery practices
Translate risk and resiliency concepts for executives and stakeholders
What you’ll need
At least 6 years of progressive experience in Business Resiliency and Enterprise Risk Management
At least 2 years managing people
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
Demonstrated expertise in resiliency, ERM, internal controls, governance, and assurance
Working knowledge of frameworks including COSO, ISO, NIST, HITRUST, HIPAA, and PCI DSS
Willingness to obtain a relevant certification within 9 months
