What you’ll need
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Design, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Sociology, or related field (or recent graduate)
Some hands-on research experience through coursework, lab, capstone, or prior internship
Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative methods such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Clear communication, written and verbal
Curiosity about people and collaborative, low-ego approach
