About the role
Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Product Manager to embed with military units, translate warfighter problems into fielded Mission Command solutions, and own products from research through deployment and iterative improvement.
What you’ll do
Embed with military units to understand workflows and data needs
Translate warfighter problems into product definitions and fielded solutions
Align engineering and cross-functional teams around mission requirements
Own solutions from concept through fielding and continued improvement
Lead interactive planning and decomposition sessions
Build roadmaps from user and SME research
What you’ll need
U.S. Secret clearance eligibility
4-8 years in product management or equivalent fielding solutions
Experience translating technical and domain information into CONOPS, mission threads, and feature definitions
Proven user research and synthesis with users and SMEs, building roadmaps
Military experience or direct experience with operational military units, understanding Army staff processes and doctrine
Working knowledge of data models, integrations, networking, and distributed/edge systems
