BILL is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead strategy and outcomes for its Sync, Integrations, and App Center portfolio, owning multi-year roadmaps and guiding cross-functional teams in building accounting-system integrations, APIs, and partner app experiences.
What you’ll do
Own the strategy and outcomes for the Sync, Integrations, and App Center portfolio
Own multi-year roadmaps spanning multiple product areas
Guide cross-functional teams in building and improving accounting-system integrations, APIs, and partner app experiences
Use customer, competitor, and market insight to make portfolio decisions
Set goals, forecasts, and KPIs that drive business results
Partner with senior leaders across functions and pillars
What you’ll need
12+ years of related professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, 10+ with a Master's, 8+ with a PhD, or equivalent, substantially in product management
Experience at Principal, Group, or Director level scope owning a portfolio and delivering multi-year roadmaps
Proven business results such as revenue growth, market share, customer acquisition, or retention
Deep expertise in integrations, APIs, and major ERPs and accounting systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
Strong understanding of accounting workflows and data flow between a financial operations platform and the ledger
Experience building or growing an app marketplace, App Center, or partner integration ecosystem
