What you’ll need
Active and maintained TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Three or more years supporting business transformation, organizational change management, project management, strategic communications, training, human capital, or related consulting
Experience with digital transformation, Microsoft technology implementations, AI adoption, or large-scale enterprise modernization
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information
Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or Human-Centered Change
