What you’ll need
0-2 years of experience in product management or the energy industry
Blend of engineering depth and commercial judgment
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication across engineering, commercial, and leadership audiences
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and pivot with priorities
Deep interest in grid energy; knowledge of renewable energy policy, product safety, or compliance is a plus
