About the role
Assist the Payroll Administrator in processing accurate and compliant bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll for a multi-state workforce of over 1,000 employees, including timekeeping, audits, and employee support.

What you’ll need
4+ years experience processing multi-state payroll
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Experience processing bi-weekly payroll with over 1,000 employees
Experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements
Knowledge of federal and state laws (IRS, DOL FLSA, SCA)
Proficient in Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and spreadsheet creation
