About the role

12+ years of experience in a technology organization
5+ years as a Scrum Master for Agile software development or data engineering teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
Experience leading geographically distributed or offshore technology teams
