About the role
Klaviyo is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to help the Customer Success organization work more efficiently by identifying high-impact AI opportunities, building and evaluating AI-powered workflows, and enabling teams to adopt practical AI solutions.
What you’ll do
Identify high-impact opportunities for AI use
Build and evaluate AI-powered workflows
Enable teams to adopt practical AI solutions
Partner with engineering teams to scale successful solutions to production
Translate technical concepts and create clear documentation
Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on AI-powered solutions
What you’ll need
4+ years in AI solutions, solutions architecture, internal tooling, automation, or similar roles
Hands-on experience with Claude or other leading LLM platforms
Experience with prompt engineering, skills, agents, and AI workflows
Experience integrating AI with APIs, internal systems, or data sources
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to partner with engineering teams
