What you’ll do

Build sustainable processes and coordinate release schedules
Define KPIs/SLAs and report to senior leadership
Lead digital transformation initiatives including RPA and AI/ML applications in supply chain
What you’ll need
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
7+ years working directly with engineering teams
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules
5+ years implementing or managing enterprise solutions with ERP, Ariba, Kinaxis, and PLM systems
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs and reporting to senior leadership
