About the role
Senior Product Manager responsible for product execution within ZAIDYN Field Incentives, translating client and business needs into engineering-ready requirements and shipped products for agent-enabled incentive compensation capabilities in a hybrid work environment.
What you’ll do
Own product execution for capability areas within ZAIDYN Field Incentives
Translate client and business needs into engineering-ready requirements and user stories
Partner with IC domain leads, engineering, AI/ML, design, client success, and client stakeholders to develop and deliver products
Drive adoption of agent-enabled incentive compensation capabilities
Write detailed engineering-consumable requirements in an agile environment
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software product management experience
Working knowledge of incentive compensation concepts or ability to ramp quickly
Practical understanding of how AI agents are built, including tool use, retrieval, and orchestration
Experience engaging directly with client IT/operations teams to elicit and validate requirements
Travel required for client-facing roles; business needs take priority
