About the role

What you’ll need
Minimum 3–5 years hotel engineering, building maintenance, or facilities management experience, including supervisory experience
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, elevators, and building maintenance
Experience developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs and managing work orders
Knowledge of fire safety systems, building codes, OSHA regulations, and safety requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems
Bilingual English and Spanish; high school diploma or equivalent; Marriott experience preferred
