About the role
Bloomin' Brands is seeking an HRIS Analyst to serve as the primary liaison between HR Operations and the HRIS team, triaging Workday escalations and driving HR process improvements.

Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
